QUALIFIED WRITTEN REQUEST

There are a number of consumer protection laws in place to protect the public from predatory lending practices. The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act is one of them and Regulation Z (12 CFR 226) is another. A qualified written request under RESPA obligates the lender to stop all collection procedures until they answer the letter.

Send the QWA to the Lender

Just sign and send it "certified" to your lender. When the lender responds, contact us for a full audit and find out how much fraud is really there and get all the information you need to remedy the wrongs.
